Rent is due on the 1st of the month. A late fee of $75 will be added on the 2nd.

A parking permit and vehicle registration is required to park in resident parking. Residents cannot park in guest parking for any period of time. You may not place your parking sticker on any other vehicle except for the one that is registered with the Leasing Office.
Residents can park ONLY in their reserved space(s).
BLDG 2- Guest parking is labeled 'guest' on level 1 of the garage.
BLDG 1- Guest parking is located in spaces #261-268, #277-284 , on level 1 of the garage.
$5 / day after the first 24 hours.
Guests may park for 24 hours ONLY. If you have a guests staying with you for more than 24 hours, you may purchase a parking pass in the office for
BLDG 2- All amenities are open from 8 AM - 10 PM.
BLDG 1- All amenities are open from 8 AM - 10 PM, with the exception of the Fitness Center and Business Center, which are open 24/7.
Residents are allowed to have 4 guests in the amenity spaces per household. Pets and glass are not allowed in any of the amenity spaces.

Wi-Fi is available in the amenity spaces.
Smoking is not permitted in or adjacent to the building. This prohibition applies to all balconies, hallways, stairwells, garages, courtyards, and all amenity spaces.
Guests may enter through the north side of the building, next to the leasing office. Please direct your guests to look up your name on the call box and dial. To allow your guest access to the elevator, answer the call and press "9" on your phone.
Trash chutes are located in the east and west hallways. Only household trash items are allowed down the trash chutes. Please take all over-sized trash items to the dumpsters, which are located directly below the trash rooms on level 1 of the parking garage. Please break down all boxes, and note that large items such as furniture may not be disposed of anywhere on the property.
Mailboxes and package lockers are located outside of the leasing office in the parking garage. Packages will be delivered to the Package Concierge parcel lockers, with the exception of over-sized packages. Over-sized packages will be delivered to the leasing office and can be picked up during business hours. You will receive an email within a week of moving in to set up your Package Concierge account.
